Successful integration of new systems into your facility is a critical challenge for any installation.  There are many levels and aspects of integration and at iRAD, we understand what is required to make your systems work efficiently and effectively.

iRAD’s well integrated RIS/PACS offers:

• An efficient workflow. At iRad we ensure that we understand your existing work flow and recommend required peripheral equipment to support your new digital work flow.
• Standards-based approach with vendors who have a proven track record of system integration using DICOM and HL7 standards.  These standards are tools that iRad vendors use to ensure proper messaging between systems so that information flows seamlessly and duplication of data entry is avoided.  The user experiences “one system” with a single sign on.
• A single point of contact to clients.  iRAD facilitates implementation of a multi-vendor system, including RIS/PACS and digital acquisition from CR or DR, Hardware services and Network infrastructure.  There is no need for iRad customers to worry whom they should contact when something goes wrong, iRad is your first line of technical support and we consider it our responsibility to involve whichever vendor is required to resolve your issue.
