Services and Support Manager

With his Honours BSc Degree, Emad brings with him 14 years of invaluable IT experience. iRAD customers benefit  from his expertise in  server/workstation configuration and support, desktop application support and network administration and support.  He is a Microsoft Certified System Administrator for Windows (MCSA) and Cisco Certified Network Architecture (CCNA).  Emad is also experienced at Unix and SQL Server administration.  Like Cinta, Emad is a problem-solver who knows that in IT he needs to think on his feet!

Carol Anderson

Financial Officer and Office Manager

Carol has been with MICO since its inception and looks after the financial side of MICO’s and iRAD’s businesses. During her years with MICO and iRAD she has increased her financial management responsibilities culminating in her current role as Financial Officer of MICO/iRAD.  Carol is also responsible for the smooth functioning of MICO/iRAD’s office and supervises the office staff.

Keya Majoomdar

Marketing and Inside Sales Specialist

With her 25 years’ experience in Communications, Keya looks after MICO and iRAD’s marketing, customer satisfaction and inside sales support.  Keya prepares quotes, helps you find accessories for your RIS and PACS and ensures that your equipment is ordered correctly and delivered on time.  Keya also keeps MICO and iRAD customers updated putting together informative news letters and education seminars
