Hardware and Technical Support

iRAD assists you to purchase “off the shelf” RIS and PACS hardware to host the software applications. We ensure that your system runs on the appropriate hardware platform and functions optimally.  Our technical staff is well versed in both Microsoft and Linux server operating systems and provides ongoing Preventative Maintenance and Technical Support after installation.

Network Installation and Management

In our experience, network issues are the most complex for clinics to resolve without assistance. iRAD can create your internal and external communications structure and has detailed knowledge of your software vendors requirements for remote monitoring and support.
